After moving here, I've discovered it's the perfect location for my needs. Wendy and her maintenance man, Josh are always so nice when they talk to me. Conflict with another tenant seems to be resolved after the police were called to keep the disagreement controlled. A work in progress but I would recommend The Kirk's to anyone renting with pets!

Let me just tell you honestly. Wendy turned a very scare thing for me and my partner with renting for the first time in our 50's, not knowing actually how it to it, into something beautiful. She listened to our needs, was very patient, knew who I was when I called (very important) and somehow quickly figured out away to make everything better, got us exactly what we we needed and was looking for, with zero issues. I love the building was built in 1928, the historical value, the location and the unique qualities of The Kirk. This was our first call and first inquiry. Once talking to Wendy, my mind was calm, at ease and she walked me through everything and answered every question I had. The peices fit together perfectly like a puzzle and felt natural and smooth. I knew this place was for us just by pur vibe. Wendy did an outstanding job with us. Im a Vet I dont use outstanding often. We are happy with what we got, our location and all the possibilities that come with this move. Excited to call The Kirk on Vine my new home. Thanks for everything, means alot to both of us.

The kirk is a nice quiet place with secure access to building. The office manager is wonderful to work with and is amazing with getting problems taking care of.the community is great a monthly get together is scheduled bye office manager to bring community together.thanms for all the great memories and friendships I've made.

This place is really nice! Everybody minds their business but will always help you out if you need it and residents are very friendly. The apartments are nice with carpet, stove and refridgerator included. Internet is fast and the bedrooms are spacey. They love their animals at the Kirk which is getting more and more rare for apartments. Wendy in management is awesome! When i walked in she had had everything ready for me and all i had to do was sign and was moving my stuff in in about an hour. You really cant beat the staff here. If you want an apartment where neighbors are quiet but friendly and you love dogs, and just want to come home and relax after work or walk your dog to the park across the street, this is the place.

I lived here for close to a year when I was 18 and had a decent experience with some hangups around maintenance specifically but it’s been around 5 years the place has improved considerably! Wendy the manager is super kind, on top of everything and very poignant. She managed to get me the only unit I was really interested in and honored the $500 off move in charges that was advertised on the website at the time. She’s been super quick to respond to anything I needed and any issues I had. About the apartments themselves, they’re really good for the price and the Kirk is very good about helping you with any issues you might have as far as appliances or the units. I’ve never had problems with them as far as that goes and maintenance has always been on top of things. I will be honest, there are some characters that live here, to put it lightly. The highschool is also down the street, so something to keep in mind as kids can be noisy outside. I’m very excited to live here again however, the location is very convenient for me personally, and the staff has always been kind. Thanks again to Wendy!

AMAZING manager. Wendy was very helpful and patient with our questions. She really takes the time to get to know every tenant and make a friendship with them. The older building brought a home comfort to me. With some modern designs, they still made it feel very historic in a great way. I absolutely love how pet friendly she is. Taking the time to do photo shoots with the pets and owners and giving out treats to all the animals isn’t something i’m used to. It’s going above and beyond and that’s amazing. I highly recommend speaking to Wendy and checking out these apartments!

I love living at The Kirk. Iam a Senior lady. I live in a Micro-Studio. I live alone, but, I never feel alone. It's because the tenants here are like family. Wendy, the Assistant Manager is amazing. She is always around, and available. She holds gatherings of different types in our huge Lobby. We've had Potlucks, Santa arriving for pictures with the tenants and their children. Many of us brought cookies and treats. It was a huge success and a good time had by all. The units all have different floor plans. The appliances are high tech. The counters are marble. Each unit has it's own look. The property is well Maintained at all times. If you are looking for a new apartment, look no further. I love it here?

I've lived at the Kirk Apts. almost 4 months now. The Assistant Manager, Wendy, makes it feel like family. She is available, helpful, and cares about her Tenants. It's a Historic Building. Tenants gather in the Courtyard and many times Wendy is there, too. I would recommend living at The Kirk. She also plans gatherings in the lobby that Tenants can attend.

Staff was very friendly, and my room was much nicer than I expected it to be. Plenty of amenities that normal hotels do not provide such as dinnerware and utensils, a hot plate, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. I travel a lot and lately most of the hotels I stay in do not even have a microwave or refrigerator! The hotel is also an apartment complex and because of such they have made the building secure using a wireless style key requiring entry to the building which is nice as well as the 24 hour surveillance which makes you feel safe. Staff was able to accommodate for my unexpected need for and early checkout a day early before 7am which was greatly appreciated! If I ever come back to Salt Lake City I will definitely be staying here again.

I love this hotel, the manager and owner Garth once saved my life and allowed me to stay at the hotel with no reservation and no money while I could wait for money to be wired. The people who run this place are above and beyond the best people in the world, thank u Garth and God bless the Kirk hotel!
