When I first called about the apartments I was in sheer panic mode trying to find something. And then I got Wendy on the phone, she's the most amazing property manager I've ever dealt with. Not only was she able to calm my nerves and get me to smile and laugh but she also was able to get us approved that same day for our apartment. I can tell you that Wendy believes in her tenants, she believes in her community, and she goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly and people are happy in their new home. Thank you so much Wendy we love our new home here at the Kirk on Vine!!!

Let me just tell you honestly. Wendy turned a very scare thing for me and my partner with renting for the first time in our 50's, not knowing actually how it to it, into something beautiful. She listened to our needs, was very patient, knew who I was when I called (very important) and somehow quickly figured out away to make everything better, got us exactly what we we needed and was looking for, with zero issues. I love the building was built in 1928, the historical value, the location and the unique qualities of The Kirk. This was our first call and first inquiry. Once talking to Wendy, my mind was calm, at ease and she walked me through everything and answered every question I had. The peices fit together perfectly like a puzzle and felt natural and smooth. I knew this place was for us just by pur vibe. Wendy did an outstanding job with us. Im a Vet I dont use outstanding often. We are happy with what we got, our location and all the possibilities that come with this move. Excited to call The Kirk on Vine my new home. Thanks for everything, means alot to both of us.

Wendy is the best! she went above and beyond to get my boyfriend and i into our first apartment and made sure everything was taken care of! josh the maintenance guy is also on top of getting things taken care of when they need fixed. we absolutely love living here🤍
